Still on Cloud 9 from my experience at Elle James!! Sarah, and her team, are an absolute dream to work with. I didn't expect much from this day, as I kind of dreaded dress shopping. However, Sarah literally made this day to be exactly what everyone dreams of and talks about. She listened to everything I had to say about each and every dress I tried on, and pieced it all together to find the absolute perfect dress. One that fit all my "no's" at the start, but ended up being perfect for me. She pushed me out of my comfort zone, with regard to things I'd liked along the way, and I couldn't be more thankful. Their process, communication, attention to detail, knowledge of their product and willingness to listen to your wants and needs is absolutely top notch. I could not say enough good things about them, and I can't wait to see them again soon for my fittings!

I cannot explain how incredible finding my dream dress at Elle James was! I was so nervous leading up to my appointment, but the moment I walked in and was greeted I immediately felt at home and truly had the most incredible day. After going to a different shop that morning, I felt defeated and wasn’t sure what I was looking for. Then I went to my appointment at Elle James. Laura was my consultant and working with her was amazing. She pulled some beautiful dresses and helped me piece together the dress of my dreams. I am so grateful for her and everyone at Elle James. I also was lucky enough to win a free Little White Dress and have enough time in my appointment to pick not only one Little White Dress, but two. And Laura helped me make the right decision on those dresses as well. I just cannot say enough about this shop and the staff working there. The shop itself is so beautiful and aesthetic, but it felt as though we had the whole shop to ourselves. The array of designers they had were amazing and the different accessory options they had available were amazing and Laura did a beautiful job of helping pick the right ones. We took a beautiful dress and made it MY DRESS, that feels one of a kind. I truly cannot say enough about this experience. 100/10 recommend for all of your wedding dress needs.

BEST PLACE EVER. Only placed I looked, and I would highly recommend this being the first place everyone goes! I was so incredibly nervous going into it, but after putting on the first dress (the one I ended up choosing!) I felt so calm and excited. Kristen and Elizabeth work so hard to make it the most perfect experience. Even my bridesmaids and family has the BEST time. They are so patient and cater to every detail to ensure that the dress you choose is the perfect one for you. I didn't even want to go look anywhere else because nothing could beat how special that day was. Getting to be only one in there with your friends and family is such a personal and special experience. If you are a bride-to-be and are looking for your dress, run do not walk to Elle James. It'll be the best day!

I wanted to find my dress outside of Mississippi because I wanted something different than what everyone else had. I tried on dresses in Nashville and had an appointment in Arkansas and New York. But as soon as I stepped into Elle James I knew that was the day to find my dress. I absolutely loved my consultant Ali !! She was amazing and made me feel so great in my dress. I could not be more thankful for the experience with my mom, fiancé’s mom, and my family friend! I’m so glad to have found my dress at my local dress store!
