Fav thing about working at Elle James: Watching the confidence and excitement that a bride gains when she finds a dress she feels great in and watching our staff love on our brides just as I did for so long on my own.

College Major, Previous Experience: I was a Communications major with an emphasis in Public Relations and got a minor in Fashion Merchandising. When I was in college Kelly Cutrone of People's Revolution was on The Hills and later had her own show and I was in awe that Fashion PR was a thing. That's when I learned I could do something I was naturally good at (PR/Marketing) in a field I was obsessed with (Fashion).

College Major, Previous Experience: Started working at a bridal shop in my hometown after junior college, ended up graduating with a Kinesiology degree & was in the fitness industry for 4 years before coming back to the bridal world!

Fav thing about working at Elle James: My favorite part of working in bridal is hands down, sharing that moment with each bride when they realise it's 'the one' It's fun to see what that moment of realization looks like for each different bride, and it never gets old. TIP: Not every bride cries!

College Major, Previous experience: Majored in Hospitality Management at Ole Miss. When I was in college, I worked as the Store Manager + Social Media Manager for the boutique, Gingersnaps and was also working with John Currence and the City Grocery Restaurant Group for their catering & events!
